Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to lead a small team responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable network services across the organization.

• Lead and mentor a small team of network and infrastructure professionals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day network operations and infrastructure support activities.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions.
• Manage network performance, availability, security, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL‑based service management processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend network technologies, standards, and improvements.

• Experience managing and developing technical infrastructure teams.
• Strong background in Network Engineering and Network Operations

• Hands‑on expertise with Cisco networking technologies.
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles and service management practices.
• Industry certifications such as Network+ or equivalent preferred.
• Deep understanding of:

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
