Production & Warehouse Associate

MOTOREX USA INC, the US-affiliate of Swiss-based MOTOREX GROUP, has acquired the Spectro Performance Oils business in Brookfield, CT in 2023.

Spectro Performance Oils has been formulating, packaging and marketing premium lubricants since 1966. Today’s Spectro® products provide a full range of full-synthetic, synthetic blend and petroleum lubricants for all classes of power-sports engines. In addition, we offer technical assistance, specialty blending as well as customized products for motorcycle and automobile engine, transmission, and drivetrain builders and racing teams.

• This role is a utility position, serving multiple aspects of production, including Warehousing, Blending and Filling.
• Participate in the shipping, receiving, picking, wrapping, storing and issuing of Motorex and Spectro product.
• Assist truck drivers in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Prepare all oil components, mix them together on blenders to make finished products based on predetermined formulations.
• Run tests on oils to ensure products meet specifications.
• Accompany and monitor tanker trucks unloading.
• Setup and run filling line machines, which bottles from our blending tanks and boxes finished good products for warehousing.
• Fill in defined bulk packaging (5-gallon, 16 gallons, and 55-gallon containers)
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and daily cleaning on all equipment.

• Experience working in a warehouse
• Certified forklift driver
• Have general math skills, including working with weights and volumes
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on their feet for most of that day
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team and can work different job functions regularly
