Manufacturing Technician III

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot complex manufacturing tools independently.
• Certified to run a minimum of three (3) tools and/or work centers independently.
• Ability to identify issues and properly escalation.
• Recommend or propose a more effective way for operation to maximize output while maintaining or improving product quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist with tool qualifications, audits, and new process trials.
• Provide guidance and training for Technicians I–II.
• Identify and communicate equipment/process issues and support performance improvements.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven tool ownership.
• Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Cleanroom discipline and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Collaboration and communication across teams.
• Leadership and mentoring expectations increase by level.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
