Salary: $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience, plus company benefits

Travel: 10% to 20%

Hours: Mon-Fri (7:30am-4pm)

We are looking for a hands‑on, motivated Marketing Coordinator to join Motorex USA in the motorcycle and powersports industry. This is a broad, highly active marketing role designed for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to many areas of marketing (social media content creation, product launches, events, sponsor ships, etc.)A genuine passion for motorcycles and powersports is required. We want someone who understands the culture, follows the industry, and is excited to work within it every day.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content
  • Capture engaging photo and video content at races, events, dealer visits, product activities, and other industry opportunities.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day content creation and management across social media channels and manage social media analytics.
  • Write and assist with social media captions, promotional copy, product messaging, and other marketing communications.
  • Organize and maintain the company’s library of photography, video, logos, product assets, and marketing materials.
  • Stay current with social media trends as well as developments within the motorcycle, racing, and powersports industries.
Events & Industry Activities
  • Travel up to approximately 50 days per year
    , including multi‑day trips and some weekends, to motorcycle races, rallies, trade shows, dealer events, consumer events, and other industry activations, capturing high‑quality content.
  • Assist with event preparation, including organizing, packing, inventorying, loading, and shipping marketing materials.
  • Help with event setup and teardown, including tents, displays, signage, product samples, promotional materials, and merchandise.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with consumers, dealers, racers, athletes, teams, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Help maintain event equipment and ensure materials are organized and ready for future events.
General Marketing Support
  • Assist with new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Help coordinate marketing materials for dealers, distributors, sales representatives, athletes, race teams, and partners.
  • Manage and organize promotional merchandise, samples, displays, signage, and marketing inventory, including working with outside vendors.
  • Assist with website content and basic product information updates.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, dealer promotions, product materials, and other marketing requests.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, events, sponsorship opportunities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Support additional projects, or take ownership of smaller projects, as needed.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Strong personal passion for motorcycles and/or powersports.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working within a small, fast‑moving team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Comfortable working independently, recognizing needs without constant direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with consumers, dealers, racers, athletes, partners, etc.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and modern social media content.
  • Comfortable capturing photo and video content using a smartphone or camera.
  • Can assist with physical aspects of events - packing, loading, setup, and teardown.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of marketing, social media, content creation, events, etc.
  • Photography and/or videography experience.
  • Video editing experience, particularly short‑form social content.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar creative software.
  • Experience working at races, trade shows, consumer events, or other live activations.
  • Familiar with motorcycle racing, V‑Twin, motocross, off‑road, adventure, ATV/UTV, etc.
