Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including:

• BOPIC
• Curbside
• Express Pay
• Ship from Club

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory or equipment and report expired or short‑dated items included on the pick list.
• Notify the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished and work with the team to pull from reserve area when possible.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling (via DDR or Membership desk).
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including adhering to proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA), performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces. The role may require frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. It requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds and may involve lifting heavier objects with assistance. The work environment may involve loud machinery, temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders, and occasional exposure to Company‑approved cleaning agents.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non‑discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.60.
