* Job Purpose:
** Drive revenue growth within an assigned territory by executing a strategic sales plan, building consultative relationships with physicians and surgeons, and effectively positioning ROMTech’s product portfolio to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
*
* Key Responsibilities:
*** Utilize selling strategies and technologies to exceed business expectations for assigned
* territory by creating a sales plan executed to create, manage, and close opportunities.
* Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics set by sales leadership.
* Track record of sales success in medical devices and/or DME industry (selling to surgeons prescribing CPMs).
* Utilize digital technology platforms and data to analyze territory and effectively target doctors, surgeons, and physicians.
* Effectively manage sales pipeline.
* Manage a product portfolio and present these to partners utilizing situational sales methodology.
* Present proposals, negotiate pricing and effectively differentiate ROMTech’s product offerings.
* Build consultative relationships with doctors, surgeons, physicians. Maintain positive working relationships with partners.
* Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including, healthcare economics, competitors, and competitive products etc.
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions, as needed.
* Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.## Qualifications
*
* Required Experience:
*** Proven sales success in medical devices and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
* Demonstrated experience in managing a sales pipeline and successfully closing opportunities.
*
* Preferred Experience:
*** Experience selling CPMs or similar rehabilitation devices.
* Established relationships with surgeons or orthopedic practices.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and data analytics for effective territory planning.

Skills and Abilities:
*** Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Expertise in territory planning and data analysis to drive sales strategy.
* Excellent presentation and proposal development skills to effectively communicate product value.
* Proficient in negotiation and pipeline management to achieve sales targets.
* Indepth knowledge of healthcare economics and the ability to apply this knowledge to sales strategies.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
* Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
