- Build rapport and present HVAC options that best meet their needs.
- Secure payment and ensure a smooth handoff to installation teams.
- Represent Central Air with professionalism, empathy, and technical know-how.
- 2+ years of HVAC or trade sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- A valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and access rooftops.
- Residential load calculation experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Bryant and Carrier equipment a plus.
