What You'll Be Doing

Installing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, and duct systems
Completing system startups, testing, and performance checks
Ensuring all work meets code requirements and company standards
Communicating clearly with homeowners throughout the install process
Keeping job documentation accurate and up to date
Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles
Supporting and guiding apprentices on job sites

What You'll Need

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
Strong communication and professionalism with customers

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Connecticut D or S License
NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain— we'll cover it)
