What You Can Expect- $35.75-$50.00/hour depending on experience and licensing
- Overtime opportunities during peak seasons

- Standard hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Optional 4-day (4/10) schedules available

What You'll Be Doing- Installing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, and duct systems
- Completing system startups, testing, and performance checks
- Ensuring all work meets code requirements and company standards
- Communicating clearly with homeowners throughout the install process
- Keeping job documentation accurate and up to date
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Supporting and guiding apprentices on job sites
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Strong communication and professionalism with customers
- Connecticut D or S License
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain— we'll cover it)
