Residential HVAC Technician

Central Air, LLC - Brookfield, CT

Central Air, LLC has been serving homeowners throughout the Brookfield area since 2003, delivering dependable heating and cooling solutions backed by quality workmanship and strong customer relationships.

We're growing and looking for a Residential HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems accurately, fixing issues the right way, and delivering a high-level customer experience on every call.

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
(Some overtime based on seasonal demand)

Compensation

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for servicing residential HVAC systems while building trust with homeowners.

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance and system evaluations
  • Clearly explain issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers
  • Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities based on system condition
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Follow all company safety standards and best practices

Requirements
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain - fully reimbursed)
  • Connecticut D or S License
