We're currently looking for an HVAC Apprentice who is ready to learn the trade from the ground up and build a long-term career in the industry.

This is more than an entry-level role - it's a structured opportunity to develop real skills alongside experienced technicians.

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

In this role, you'll work directly with experienced technicians and installers to learn HVAC systems in real-world environments.

• Assist with service, maintenance, and basic repairs on residential and light commercial systems
• Support installations, including equipment setup and job site preparation
• Help with system testing, start-ups, and performance checks
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Communicate professionally with customers when on-site
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices

• You show up on time, ready to work and learn
• You take direction well and ask questions when needed
• You steadily build technical skills and confidence in the field
• You represent the company professionally with customers

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• HVAC trade school training
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
