Brookfield is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Middle School Girls Track Coach to join our dynamic coaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technical aspects of track and field, with the ability to lead and inspire student-athletes. This individual will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training strategies, ensuring the continued success and growth of the team.

Qualifications:

* Must hold a valid CT Coaching Certificate.(#500)

* Must possess current 1st Aid/CPR Certification and Concussion Module certification.

* Previous successful coaching experience is strongly preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.

* Passion for the sport and for helping student-athletes reach their full potential.
