Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager (WM) is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory coordination, material staging, logistical support, tool accountability, warehouse organization, and operational readiness within the assigned region.

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory management processes for:

• Maintain visibility into:

• Warehouse organization
• Support accurate inventory tracking through disciplined transaction management and operational coordination.
• Inventory audits
• Cycle counts
• Inventory reconciliations
• Inventory discrepancy reporting

Inventory visibility and transaction accuracy are critical operational expectations of the role.

Receiving, Staging & Material Coordination

• Coordinate and execute:
• Material receiving
• Material staging
• Outgoing shipments
• Warehouse transfers
• Material issuance
• Verify incoming materials against:
• Purchase information
• Delivery expectations
• Identify and escalate:
• Damaged materials
• Missing materials
• Quantity discrepancies
• Delivery conflicts
• Ensure materials are staged accurately and efficiently to support project readiness and operational execution.

Organized staging and accurate material coordination directly support field productivity and schedule reliability.

Pick List Execution & Operational Support

• Execute approved pick lists accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate material pulls and staging based on:
• Approved pick lists
• Operational priorities
• Delivery coordination needs
• Communicate proactively regarding:
• Material shortages
• Inventory conflicts
• Urgent requests
• Operational concerns
• Delivery impacts

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for execution accuracy of approved pick lists, not authorship or scope definition.

Tool & Equipment Accountability

• Maintain organized processes for:
• Tool issuance
• Tool return tracking
• Equipment accountability
• Missing tool reporting
• Coordinate repair or replacement requests for damaged or missing tools, as directed.
