Position SummaryThe Warehouse Manager (WM) is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory coordination, material staging, logistical support, tool accountability, warehouse organization, and operational readiness within the assigned region.

Receiving, Staging & Material Coordination- Coordinate and execute:

- Quantity discrepancies

Pick List Execution & Operational Support- Execute approved pick lists accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate material pulls and staging based on:
- Approved pick lists
- Operational priorities
- Delivery coordination needs
- Communicate proactively regarding:
- Material shortages
- Inventory conflicts
- Urgent requests
- Operational concerns
- Delivery impacts
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for execution accuracy of approved pick lists, not authorship or scope definition.
Tool & Equipment Accountability- Maintain organized processes for:
- Tool issuance
- Tool return tracking
- Equipment accountability
- Missing tool reporting
- Coordinate repair or replacement requests for damaged or missing tools, as directed.
- Tool assignments
- Returns
- Missing equipment
- Escalate recurring accountability concerns appropriately.
