Caregiver - Community Based Care

Established home care provider seeks experienced caregivers with availability to work from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. We offer our clients a unique method of support by delivering focused, short stop, non-medical care in their homes. At the same time, we are able to provide our Care Team with consistent 8-hour shifts and steady weekly schedules. Full-time and part-time positions are available with hours up to 40+ per week.

If you have physical care skills, can work independently, exercise good judgment, and manage your schedule well, then our innovative in-home care method is for you!

Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour

• Paid training
• Ongoing training and support in delivering high-quality care
• Tuition reimbursement for further education

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable access to a car, and active insurance
• Ability to bend, lift, push, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Comfortable using calendars, email, on a computer and smartphone
• Must speak and understand English
• Authorized to work in the US
• Desire to support clients and the organization beyond basic expectations
