The person in this role will manage incoming communication, assist with clerical duties, and help maintain accurate records in a busy, detail-focused setting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and maintain a courteous and friendly front desk presence.
• Handle incoming phone calls, route messages to the correct team members, and provide timely assistance to callers.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks to help the office run smoothly each day.
• Enter and update information in internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Manage routine reception activities such as monitoring the front area, responding to general inquiries, and coordinating basic office needs.
• Support document handling, filing, and record organization to ensure materials are easy to access when needed.
