• Manage daily cash application and receipt posting
• Prepare journal entries tied to AR activity
• Handle collections—including aging beyond 90 days—using a relationship‑focused, solution‑oriented approach
• Work with long‑term, service‑based customers to resolve billing issues, update contacts, and maintain accurate communication
• Support the development and roll‑out of new AR processes and procedures as the organization modernizes
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections experience required
• Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred but not required
• Associate degree preferred; strong relevant experience may substitute
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage aging receivables professionally and proactively
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000
