Position: RN Emergency Room
Experience:

2 years of recent ED experience in larger ED department
Familiarity with EPIC system
May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Cannot do block scheduling
Schedule:

Every Other Week (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH)

Job Requirements

Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer; no declinations accepted; if negative titer, administer two doses of MMR vaccine, four weeks apart
Fit Test required for all travelers; preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite; specific mask types required (3M 1860 Regular, 3M 1860 Small or 3M 1870+)
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination signed and dated by traveler
Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted but mask required at all times
Positive IGRA or PPD results, X-ray within a year showing no infection, and TB Questionnaire completed; TB Questionnaire updated annually
Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
Driver's License/State be valid and match address requirements
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required within specified time frames
Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity; no declinations accepted
Tdap vaccination up to date, renewed every 10 years
Resume or Profile submission required
At least two professional references required prior to first assignment
Criminal background checks including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others completed within 30 days prior to first assignment and updated annually
EPLS check run within 90 days of start and rerun if break in service >90 days
Clinical skills checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually
12 panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, including MRO review
Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days prior to start
Confirmation of assignment documentation required upon initial assignment and updates upon extension
Third-party employment verification for past seven years required and updated annually
Forward facing badge photo with white or blue background required
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start; FACIS questionnaire if disciplinary actions present
License/Certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
Ascension Specialty Exam completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years
Ascension Color Vision test completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years
Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation required prior to clearance
Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding required onsite
Ascension Epic Test-Out completed prior to start
