Supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.;
Encourages resident independence and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.;
Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.;
Participates in designated facility in-services and helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.;
Demonstrates positive customer service attitude and communicates effectively, providing timely reporting to appropriate people.
