Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Brookfield, WI area.

This role will oversee daily operations within a manufacturing assembly environment, managing a value stream from planning and sub-assemblies through production and testing. You'll be responsible for utilizing staff effectively to meet customer demand, drive quality and efficiency, and maintain high standards for safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of daily production activities across the assigned value stream
• Plan and manage schedules, labor, and materials to meet delivery targets and margin expectations
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for production staff; monitor labor transactions and team output
• Track build times, quality, and efficiency to ensure timely production to spec
• Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Organize workflow, assign tasks, and lead 6S events to improve operational performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to support NPI projects and resolve production issues

Qualifications:

• 5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing assembly environment
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, lead teams, and meet performance and cost targets
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and standard operating procedures is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and assembly instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
