Retail Sales Associate

Golf Galaxy, partnered with Innovative Tech Corp, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate - Apparel to deliver exceptional service in a tech-forward retail environment. In this role, you'll assist customers with golf and athletic apparel, explain product features and performance fabrics, and help them find the right fit. You'll use digital tools and POS systems to complete transactions, support online and in-store orders, and maintain visually appealing displays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to understand apparel needs, suggest products, and provide exceptional service
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel features, technologies, and sizing to guide customers effectively
• Use point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Ensure apparel displays are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with current promotions and merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels, restock apparel, and assist with receiving and tagging new merchandise
• Collaborate with teammates and leverage digital tools to locate products, check availability, and support omnichannel orders
• Educate customers on tech-enabled retail services, loyalty programs, and online ordering options
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding company service and integrity standards
