• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
• Research, test, and implement AI tools and automation solutions
• Document and improve firm processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Help team members adopt new technologies and best practices
• Serve as a resource for AI, innovation, and operational excellence
• Think strategically about how technology can support our firm’s growth
