The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative Level 2 at a Cowart Family Ashford Dunwoody YMCA location. You will excel in member service, have strong program knowledge, and ensure safety and effective communication with members and staff.
You will support membership operations, respond to inquiries, and build engaging relationships with members, volunteers, and partners. A background in customer service and YMCA/non-profit experience are preferred.
