ResponsibilitiesThis role is an individual contributor responsible for on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM and multi‑vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, printers, software, and operating systems. The System Services Representative serves as the primary technical interface to clients for coordinating hardware and/or software support and delivering operational services as required.
- Advise clients on preventive maintenance, configuration, operation, and environmental factors that may impact product performance or the client’s IT operation.
- Perform services activities such as systems assurance, systems‑level problem determination, discontinuance, and relocation of IBM and non‑IBM systems and products.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support, and operational services for assigned client accounts.
- Act as the IBM technical interface during critical situations, managing the issue until resolution.
- Work in both consumer homes and/or enterprise environments within the Atlanta, GA area.
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle required.
Required EducationHigh School Diploma or GED.
Preferred EducationAssociate’s Degree or College Diploma.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Experience in Customer Service & Customer Interaction.
