Overview
A remote opportunity to join a top-tier M&A advisory firm as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, supporting all phases of the deal process. This full-time role offers immediate exposure to high-volume transactions, close collaboration with senior leadership, and a fast-paced environment focused on financial analysis, business development, and execution.
Responsibilities Transaction Execution- Build detailed financial models using OEM statements and third-party data
- Draft executive summaries to support M&A engagements
- Create financial projections based on macroeconomic and trends
- Support due diligence and coordinate with external advisors
- Manage client communications and project timelines
- Track deal metrics and ensure deadline compliance
- Analyze industry trends and internal data to gain industry expertise
- Draft insight briefs on market conditions, regulations, and competition
- Generate CRM reports to identify opportunities and performance gaps
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience in M&A, finance, or transaction advisory
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
