Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - ABA Centers of Georgia

Location: 3098 Piedmont Rd NE #200 Atlanta, GA 30324 - Buckhead Center

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (full-time)
Sign On Bonus: $20k Sign On Bonus (Limited Time Only)

Relocation: UP TO $15K

What You ll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
Qualifications
  • Master s degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date (if required)
  • Valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
