Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Intellistars ABA in Carrollton, GA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their natural environments, such as their homes.
Responsibilities- Implement ABA therapy plans and programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Analysts (RBTs)
- Provide one-on-one services to clients in their homes, utilizing techniques and strategies to promote learning, socialization, and behavior change
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, assisting in the development of treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client services and progress
- Must hold a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD or related disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observational and data collection skills
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available
