Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Supervises Guest Services Support Staff in providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage.;
Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests.;
Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel and oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world class service.;
Manages check in/check out, Lobby Ambassador Program, and guest orientation within the conference center.;
Ensures proper telephone service technique and PBX operation; oversees guest mail and deliveries; coordinates reservations for guest transportation.
