Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a frontline recruiter to manage requisitions end-to-end, screen and interview candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders. The role requires at least 1 year in recruitment or HR support, experience in healthcare recruitment preferred, and proficiency with ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office.
You will partner with hiring managers and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
