The JR Law Group is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney ready to step into an active caseload and hit the ground running.

This role is for a lawyer who understands strategy, pressure, and results and who knows how to move PI cases from pre-suit to trial-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury litigation files from discovery through trial
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Conduct depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts)
• Develop litigation strategy to maximize client recovery
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and firm leadership

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in good standing
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferred)
• Strong motion practice & deposition skills
• Confident courtroom presence
• Organized, driven, and results-oriented
