Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets in Brookhaven, GA. This role is responsible for property operations, tenant relations, financial performance, vendor management, and maintaining ownership objectives across the portfolio.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations for office, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee maintenance projects, property inspections, and capital improvements.
- Monitor rent collections, operating expenses, and vendor invoices.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Supervise third-party vendors and on-site personnel to ensure service standards are met.
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Experience managing office, industrial, and/or mixed-use properties.
- Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing multiple property budgets and financial reporting.
- Experience managing large commercial and industrial portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
