Your role:

  • Support the quality operating rhythm for the Fossil Americas, including reporting, trend analysis, and action planning for customer experience, nonconformances, cost of poor quality, audits, and corrective actions
  • Drive robust nonconformance management, including increased issue capture, effective containment, timely resolution, and closure discipline
  • Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes using methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Why, and other structured problem‑solving tools
  • Partner with operating leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify recurring issues, prioritize improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable countermeasures
  • Apply lean principles and quality planning & control methods to eliminate waste and improve process capability and operational execution
  • Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost in support of customer and business outcomes
  • Monitor quality trends and risks across field service, repairs, parts, and operations, and elevate systemic issues as needed
  • Ensure effective use of quality systems and tools, such as Power Now Platform for NCR’s and RCA’s
  • Support audit readiness, compliance to procedures and standards, and sustainment of process improvements
  • Coach teams in quality fundamentals, problem solving, and prevention‑based thinking to strengthen a culture of quality
