Courier Sales Representative (Business Development) – Atlanta, GA Base Salary: $80,000 + Uncapped Commission

Location: Atlanta, GA (Field-Based)

We're looking for experienced sales professionals who love the thrill of winning new business.

If you're energized by prospecting, cold calling, knocking on doors, building relationships, and closing deals, we want to talk with you.

This is not an account management position.

We're hiring 3–5 high-performing Business Development Representatives to aggressively grow our regional transportation and final-mile delivery business throughout Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.

You'll have the support of an established operations team while focusing on one thing—bringing in new customers.

• Prospect new customers every day through cold calls, networking, referrals, email, and in-person visits.
• Develop relationships with logistics managers, distribution centers, manufacturers, healthcare organizations, retailers, and commercial businesses.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
• Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Represent the company professionally throughout the marketplace.

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Proven history of generating new business
• Hunter mentality with a strong competitive drive
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing opportunities from scratch
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license
