OTR DRIVER

We offer competitive mileage pay, detention, layover pay, and multiple bonuses. We are a small company that focuses on dedicated brokered lanes and keeps drivers on the road. Dispatch plans drivers hours with the miles to maximize  legal eld miles (some lanes are round trip from TX to UTAH/IDAHO and Midwest, no East Coast unless you want to get the miles).

We’re looking for a driver who is:

• Honest and humble
• Safety-focused and professional
• Looking for consistent miles and reliable routes

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Dry Van
• OTR
• $1,800 - $2,400 gross total weekly avg. pay
• $0.6 - $0.7 CPM
• 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
• $500 sign on bonus
• Line Haul
• No Driver Load/Unload

• 25 - 30 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 7 days of home time for every 25 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

• Offers paid orientation
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast is included
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
• 2 years OTR experience
