Concrete Pump Truck Driver​/Operator

Culbertson Concrete Pumping Service is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Concrete Pump Truck Driver/Operator to join our team. We are looking for a professional with concrete construction experience who takes pride in quality work, excellent customer service, and safe equipment operation.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license required
• Experience in concrete construction required
• Good driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and background check
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy
• Must maintain eligibility to operate commercial motor vehicles under all applicable federal and state regulations
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with general contractors, project managers, and customers
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Must be dependable and willing to work early morning start times as required by project schedules
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Current or previous certification through the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator and/or Concrete Line Pump Operator
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification
• TWIC Card
• Additional concrete construction and industry-related certifications are a plus

• Safely operate concrete pump trucks and related equipment
• Set up, operate, and clean pumping equipment at job sites
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Work closely with contractors, project managers, and customers to ensure successful concrete placements
• Represent Culbertson Concrete Pumping Service professionally at all times
• Report to work on time and prepared for scheduled dispatches and job site requirements
• Maintain a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment

• Early morning start times are common
• Overtime may be required
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on project demands and customer schedules

Compensation is dependent upon experience, qualifications, certifications, and overall ability to perform the job safely and effectively.
