Job SummaryThe ideal candidate is a Senior Electrical Engineer proficient and experienced with mission‑critical and data‑center project types. This role provides technical leadership across multiple projects, collaborating with internal MEP/FP teams to deliver client‑satisfied results and supporting business development initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide expertise in electrical engineering principles for building construction, especially in mission‑critical sectors including data centers and defense projects.
- Communicate effectively with owners, contractors, and design partner professionals.
- Work independently as part of a strong team.
- Mentor junior design staff and delegate tasks to complete work on time.
- Perform quality control of electrical engineering work products.
- Maintain excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Assume technical leadership based on experience.
- Proficient with medium and low voltage power systems.
- Experience implementing high‑resiliency designs for mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Revit.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for team‑based projects.
- Strong planning and organizational skills for overlapping project schedules.
- 12+ years of experience in consulting/design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar ABET‑accredited program.
- Registered Professional Engineer license (PE) required.
