ISR - Inside Sales Representative

Serve as an inside sales representative/project manager and coordinate customer support activities from quote to delivery. Pre-sale job duties include educating the customer, understanding/interpreting project requirements, developing project specifications, providing quotes and obtaining contracts and deposits. Post-sale job duties include sales order entry, order coordination with technical services, manufacturing and delivery.

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales or service-oriented industry preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills coupled with detail orientation and organizational skills. Strong professionalism and work ethic. Sufficient personal computer and business software application use capabilities required. This job is 100% office based.

Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service at all times. Position requires frequent standing, lifting, bending and moving of heavy products (60+ pounds). May be exposed to varying temperatures and seasonal climate conditions due to exposure, external of tractor-trailer. Inspect and clean vehicle to make sure that all functions are working correctly, safely, and good appearance is maintained. Assist in inventory management activities to include cycle counts.

Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities. Perform work in a safe and efficient manner. Provide and ensure customer-focused activities, deliverables and services.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $23/hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
