First‑level vocational position accountable for technical work involving the least complex equipment operation and maintenance. Employees may also be responsible for repairing traffic signals, installing and maintaining signs, applying herbicide, pesticide, and snow and ice chemicals, striping, traffic control, pothole patching, and responding to natural and man‑made disasters.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (some cases experience may substitute). Pay depends on experience and will be discussed licants must start with their most recent employment when applying for this position.
