Senior Manager of Site Engineering responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives within Walmart’s Distribution Centers. Drives process excellence, teams, and operational performance while ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Demonstrate knowledge of DC operational work processes, loss profiles, and process‑improvement mindsets.
• Create leadership partnerships with General Manager, Assistant GM, and Process Improvement Manager to drive end‑to‑end improvements.
• Manage workloads of Process Quality Engineers to balance network‑driven projects and building‑specific initiatives.
• Apply continuous‑improvement tools (Root Cause Analysis, Time & Motion studies, Statistical Process Control, Process Deviation, 5S, Six Sigma) to eliminate losses and sustain standards.
• Support Walmart Performance System and Daily Management System through problem‑solving and counter‑measure implementation.
• Collaborate on One‑Best‑Way standard implementation and deviation process.
• Develop and communicate business plans, remove barriers, provide resources, set performance standards, measure progress, and develop contingency plans.
• Supervise and develop associates: select, train, mentor, assign duties, build team culture, establish expectations, conduct evaluations, provide recognition, and coach for improvement.
• Promote company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, training others and ensuring compliance.
• Consult with stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness, solicit suggestions, and support community outreach.
• Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity, foster belonging, and support talent growth.
• Act with integrity, model Walmart values, and support regenerative initiatives.
• Serve customers fully, prioritize data‑driven decisions, and adapt to customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvements through new technologies and support change across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years of continuous‑improvement work experience, or a 6‑year engineering background.
• 4 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System elements (e.g., SPC, FMEA, KPI).
• Demonstrated project ownership leading to sustainable savings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in work measurement, predetermined time systems, and related analysis.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Engineering.
