Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals; manage staffing and scheduling; assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).

Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.

Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.

Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective actions or recommendations for resolution.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads; monitor performance and provide feedback; teach and model logistics and company policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
• 2 years supervisory experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience supervising associates
• Experience as a Walmart Logistics Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics

• Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
