RN Patient Care Manager - Hospice

• Ensure compliance with hospice policies, procedures and applicable local, state, and federal regulatory requirements for the assigned team.
• Promote and direct the team regarding quality of care and safety of patients and staff.
• Engage in thorough problem resolution and complaint investigation.
• Provide in-services to staff to promote health and safety, familiarize staff with regulatory issues and agency policy, and address identified educational needs.

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years of clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

• 4+ years full-time experience as an RN or equivalent.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility). Salary range: $71,200 to $127,200 annual full-time, with compliance to applicable minimum wage laws.
