Responsibilities:

Administer medications and perform ordered treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor medical conditions and document patient information accurately
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Schedule:

Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
