Job Summary
Starting Wage: $12.25 - $15.00. Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.

- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver or Warehouse work is welcomed.
- No inventory experience? No problem – training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, remain active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence for minimum 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willing to submit to pre‑employment background check, consumer report, MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including early or late hours.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat or kneel, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or plane/overnight stays.
