What you’ll doAs a Power Equipment Operator at Walmart Supply Chain, you will operate power equipment to move product through the Distribution network to the Stores to service our Customers. Your role is critical to providing our customers with the product they expect at an everyday low price.
You will be driving power equipment and lifting heavy cases in extreme climates. The flow of freight is fast‑paced and productivity expectations are high. The work is physically demanding with a strong focus on safety for yourself and others.

Whatyou’ll bring Powered Equipment Operations
- Transport freight, pull merchandise, replace freight, fill daily orders, and control freight flow while operating moving equipment safely and correctly.
- Deliver freight to appropriate areas of the facility accurately and timely.
- Notify management of unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Drive tractor/trailers safely and correctly, adhering to all regulations (company, local, state, and federal).
- Transport trailers to appropriate destinations on the facility property in an accurate and timely manner.
- Notify management of unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Valid state‑issued driver's license.
- At least 6 months of experience operating tractor/trailer units (for Yard Driver).
- Ability to operate power equipment safely, lift heavy items, and work in extreme climates.
