Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic, including checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling meetings;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions with the team of experts;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs in accordance with bank policies
