Plywood Finish End Forklift Operator

Pacific Wood Laminates (Affiliated with South Coast Lumber) – Plywood Finish End Forklift Operator – Full-time – Swing 2:30pm-1:00am 5-6 days a week (Mondays‑Fridays, some Sundays)

Pacific Wood Laminates is seeking a dependable, experienced, and safety‑focused forklift operator to support our Finish End Department. This role is essential to maintaining production flow by moving wood products efficiently throughout the facility in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include transporting materials to and from machine centers, staging product, and supporting continuous operations.

• Operate a forklift to transport raw and finished wood products throughout the department
• Supply materials to machine centers and remove completed product in a timely manner
• Stage, organize, and track materials to support efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors
• Assist with general material handling and support tasks as needed

• Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic (must be 18+)
• Previous forklift operating experience is required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Consistent attendance and dependability
• Willingness to learn and take direction

This position operates in a manufacturing setting with continuous equipment operation, moving materials, and varying temperatures. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and around industrial machinery.
