Position Overview
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) – Southern Oregon Coast, community hospital.
Responsibilities- Circulate surgical procedures in the OR.
- Maintain sterile environments and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
- Advocate for patient safety and provide real‑time clinical support during surgery.
- Coordinate perioperative care plans with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and surgical technologists.
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences before, during, and after surgery through effective communication and documentation.
- Report directly to experienced perioperative nursing leadership and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
