Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Sunday-Tuesday on, Wednesday-Monday off, then Sunday-Wednesday on, Thursday-Monday off

Report to: Maintenance Superintendent

• Strong commitment to safety and following safe work practices.
• Must be able to learn and apply knowledge of boilers, fuel systems, steam, and basic power plant operations.
• Perform operational troubleshooting and routine minor repairs on boiler-related equipment to include lubrication and oil level checks.
• Accurately maintain appropriate documentation of boiler logs.
• Clean out grates, ash bins, and hoppers on a consistent schedule to prevent excess build‑up within the boiler system.
• Monitor and adjust boiler parameters through the computer system.
• Repetitive handling of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Operate the loader to supply fuel to the boiler.
• Maintain facility cleanliness from the fuel shed to the boiler.
• Perform other necessary duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Must be able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required.
