The Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman is seeking a RFO Certified Ombudsman to serve residents in care homes across Oregon. You will advocate for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities or Mental Health Conditions, ensuring their choices are honored and they receive the quality care they deserve.
Volunteers will work closely with the RFO Deputy, engage in advocacy, and receive comprehensive training, including a minimum commitment of 16 hours a month. This fulfilling role strengthens residents' rights and enhances their quality of life.
