Temporary Inventory Assistant (Entry-Level)
Location: Brookings
Job Type: Temporary / Contract
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Pay
: $20 an hour
This is an entry-level, hands‑on role supporting inventory management of network equipment across multiple locations. It’s designed for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and open to learning.
Key Responsibilities- Track and count inventory (network equipment and supplies)
- Update inventory lists (Excel or similar tools)
- Travel to hub locations to organize and inventory equipment
- Label and organize items such as routers, switches, and cables
- Maintain clean and organized work spaces
- Report any missing or damaged items
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Inventory, warehouse, or hands‑on experience
- Familiarity with tools or basic electronics
