Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-family construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Communicate project updates and address issues proactively
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and manage change orders
• Track costs, approve invoices, and report on project financials

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• PMP or similar certification preferred
• Experience with multi-family or hospitality projects a plus

• Combination of office and on-site work with travel as needed
• Ability to navigate active construction sites and lift up to 25 lbs
