Process Engineer III

Description What You'll Do

• Establish corporate standards for key manufacturing processes
• Lead multi-plant improvement initiatives
• Deliver significant gains in OEE, scrap, and quality
• Evaluate and deploy advanced automation technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical escalation point
• Support enterprise capital strategy

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5-10+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
• Multi-site capital project leadership experience
• Strong Lean, root cause, and KPI expertise

• Influence without formal authority
• Communicate strategic intent clearly
• Use data and pilot results to demonstrate value
• Balance long-term standardization with tactical flexibility
• Lead with integrity and transparency
• Elevate the capability of those around you

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $87, dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
